Early Career / New Graduate Programme – Community Occupational Therapist L1-2
Full-time Permanent Position, Cardiff NSW
You’re invited to join our passionate Occupational Therapy team, who are changing lives of adults in the community with neurological conditions. We will help you develop a tailored skills development programme so you can build strong skills working in the community.
You will receive regular training, on-site occupational therapy supervision and case support, and work on a team supported by high quality on-site administration.
We are looking for highly motivated and passionate Occupational Therapists to join our team, to support adults with neurological conditions to live as safely and independently at home.
Our early career/ graduate programme is designed to establish your skills and maximise your growth and confidence over a dedicated 12-month programme.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills across different areas, including Assistive technology, Home modifications, and Electronic Assistive Technology access.

We aim to work at a high standard, and we refer clients to other services if that’s not within the scope of our team. Our community-focussed model of holistic care gives back to our clients and their carers through providing free Wellbeing Connect support, for grief and loss, and bereavement care support.
