Our Approach
Referral & Intake
Once a referral is received, our team will confirm capacity immediately and guide you through the intake process.
Functional Capacity Assessment
An OT meets with the participant (at home, SIL setting, or community location) and gathers information from support staff and family as needed.
Report Writing
A detailed FCA is prepared, addressing functional abilities, support requirements, and alignment with NDIS funding criteria.
Ongoing Partnership
We remain available for follow-up assessments, plan reviews, recommendations and capacity building.
